DGI-Menard Provides CMC Solution for Apartment Complex in Lebanon, PA When the Willows Senior Apartments were planned to be constructed on soft ground in Lebanon, PA, it was
determined that the loads imposed from the structure would create total and differential
settlements detrimental to the service life of the building. DGI-Menard solved the problem
by designing a ground improvement scheme using Controlled Modulus Columns that kept
settlement to within project tolerances, ensured the soundness of the building subgrade and
minimized ground improvement costs to the owner. |
