Menard USA is seeking several Construction Laborers to add to our growing team in Florida and California. This position offers unique advancement opportunities to grow within our company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following all safety rules and regulations
  • Recognizing and correcting safety hazards
  • Cleaning and maintaining the work site
  • Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment in safe manner
  • Supporting all field activities as required for the assigned project
  • Operating equipment once trained and approved to do so

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to listen, understand and follow directions
  • Ability to remain flexible on work assignments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Vocational school training or apprenticeship preferred. On the job training offered. Prior related experience a plus. Must have the ability to pass required safety certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Extensive out of town travel required for this position
